Please let us know your school name, teacher’s contact details and what school year you are currently in.
Make sure you list all of the qualifications you’ve gained at school together with any predicted grades for any exams you have either sat recently or are about to sit.
This is your chance to tell us more about yourself to help us get to know you better. What are your interests? Have you got a passion for anything? Have you received any relevant awards or achievements from school? Have you been a prefect or head boy? Have you captained or worked as part of a team at school?
Career Aspirations
Where do you want to be? Remember though, you don’t have to be a maths genius to succeed, but you do need to prove you have a passion for numbers.
Work experience
Have you any work experience? From summer work, to work experience, placements, even a paper round, let us know!
Ensure you use the CV template provided on our website.
This section asks you to get a reference from a teacher who knows you. It must be on a sheet of headed paper. Ask your teacher to scan the documents and attached to your form.
Please ensure you have ticked and read the terms and conditions on the first page of the form.
