Scholarships 2010 for Hull and Grimsby

Hi everyone,

This week we presented the shields to the winning schools and colleges for our 2 scholarships this year.

Joshua Precious from South Holderness Technology School was presented with the shield and certificate by centre manager for Hull, Sally Jones and the Headmaster Martin Cooper recieved the shield for the 2nd time in 2 years. The South Holderness Gazette came along from the local media. In Hull all 5 of the scholarship finalists have now been placed in jobs and Joshua is going to Baker Tilly in Hull.

On wednesday I went to John Leggott College in Scunthorpe and presented the awards to James Fussey. Out of the finalists 2 are currently in jobs later this year and yesterday another applicant form the applications was offered a job throught he CV service.
